One of the albums that encouraged me to listen more closely to Country music. Originally bought for his song 'No Regrets', popularised by The Walker Brothers and later by Midge Ure who released a version as his first solo single. However, the whole album got me hooked; it is a great country album from a very influential artist - From Wikipedia: "Rolling Stone magazine credits him with ushering in the era of the singer-songwriter. In addition to performing his own compositions, he sang songs by Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Murray McLauchlan, David Wiffen and William Hawkins, helping them gain recognition early in their careers."
