Real starting point for Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Kenney Jones and Ian McLaglan. Labelled as a pop band but they were much better than that and could have achieved real long term greatness if they'd stuck it out together (as do The Who). Having said that 'Ogdens Nut Gone Flake' is an all time great album and for that alone they desrve all and any acolades. This is just one of their best ofs..... I have another q.v....
