A really great british instrumental (although they did one or two vocal tracks) group of the early 60's who backed the likes of Gene Vincent, Cilla Black, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis and Sam Cooke. I had the EP of their single hits and bought this on the back of that; not disappointed!
Inconsequential factoid: drummer Tony Newman went on to become one of the most sought after session drummers performing with Bowie, Donovan, Jerry Lee Lewis and many many others.
