This was the first 'jazz' vinyl album I ever bought and played to death. I loved it then and still do although sadly my vinyl has sold :-( Smith was a supreme hammond organ master and set the bar for all later artists. He is far less known than contempories such as Miles Davis, Coltrane, Monk, etc. but is just as good (and NOT just to my mind this time!).
