Duster Bennett was a lesser known but really good blues artist of the late 1960's who sadly died in a car crash in 1976 aged only 29. On this album he played as a one man band, although he did have backing musicians on 4 tracks, including members of the original Fleetwood Mac; in fact Peter Green gave him the Les Paul guitar that he plays on the album. I was lucky enough to see him perform at the Albert Hall as part of the 1968 'Pop Proms' and immediately went out to buy this, his first album. I did have the next few albums but not anymore sadly. For anyone interested you can get a double CD of the Blue Horizon sessions which is essentially his first 4 albums.
